Hotel Indigo
with Blue Sky Agency

Hotel Indigo – a boutique hotel brand within IHG – prioritizes paying tribute to the communities and cultures of the neighborhoods that they establish their new hotels in. For a journalist and history nut, this was a dream opportunity. Blue Sky Agency brought me on board to conduct historical research on the areas and neighborhoods surrounding their hotels and consult with IHG Corporate and local ownership on how to tie-in local histories and mythos into the overall aesthetic and driving concept of their hotels.

In our work for Mailchimp, we work with a team of editors and writers to maintain the company’s distinct voice and tone across all of their communications–including blog content, web content, social media posts, and more.

The Fore Hadley Foundation

Articulating hardship can be an especially trying task. The Fore Hadley Foundation, which raises funds to assist families and organizations combatting CDH (Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia), brought me on board to help articulate the stories of their grant recipients. Montane Spring Water

My friend Hollis had an incredible idea for a Georgian sparkling spring water and tapped me to help him develop a distinct voice and brand for it (along with the designing talent of my pal Kelly Carnes). When we started he was slinging sparkling water off of a souped-up bicycle on the Atlanta Beltline. By 2020 he had a presence in national chains including Whole Foods, The Fresh Market, Kroger, Publix, and Costco. Pretty cool, right?
